terms are NET 30 on approved credit.
New
customers may be required to pay credit card or C.O.D. on their
first order. Lease options are also available on all purchases.

Returns/Exchanges:
Any product
purchased from clearVision Networks Inc. may be returned within 15
days of the original purchase date for refund or exchange.

Any
product returned to clearVision Networks Inc. must:

Be
returned in the original packaging (PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE
BOX).

|
Include
ALL cables, cords manuals and miscellaneous accessories
that come with the original package.

|
Have
a clearVision Networks RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
# included on the shipping label (returns without a RMA # will
not be accepted by clearVision Networks). To receive your
RMA # call clearVision Networks at 1 800 337 3033.

Be
sent via UPS, Red-Ex or Airborne Express / Insured (Shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer)

Products that are exchanged for another product of
equal or grater value may be returned free of charge, (excluding
special order items). Products returned for a refund or exchanged
for a product of lesser value are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All special order products are subject to the minimum restocking
fee of the manufacturer.
